Return & Refund Policy — DaLadies

Thank you for shopping with DaLadies! Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a customer.


 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (see below).

  • You email us a return request within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used beauty/skincare devices (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items on sale/clearance.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Orders with incorrect shipping info entered by the customer.


 How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at contact@daladies.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photo(s) of the product

    • Reason for return

  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the address we provide (note: customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective).

Important: Do not send returns to our fulfillment center or the address on your package without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.


 Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • Order number

We will review the case and send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and situation.


 International Orders

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

  • Return shipping fees, including tracking and insurance.

We are not responsible for delayed or lost return packages.
